POSHub
Built from zero to a live global reseller platform in under 6 months.
Problem
Years of integration work was locked inside Foodhub. External partners had to rebuild everything from scratch even though we had already solved every problem they needed.
What I built
I conceived and built POSHub from zero, a white-labelled middleware platform that packages every Foodhub integration and resells it to external partners. Resellers plug in once and instantly offer Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Toast, Clover, Adyen and more under their own brand.
I personally onboarded the first 10 resellers end to end, from demo through API integration, go-live, and post-launch support before handing over to operations.
Key decisions
Package existing work rather than build new. Design billing as a product, volume-based tiered pricing, daily cycles, auto-invoicing, and webhook-triggered notifications. Onboard first resellers personally to validate the process before scaling.
Outcome
Zero to a live global reseller platform in under 6 months. 50 plus active resellers across 6 countries. Resellers onboarding merchants independently within weeks of going live.
